Why Invest with SGI?

As our motto states, we are "Providing a solution, creating an opportunity".

What that means is we are providing you with an investing and property management solution that is second to none, and using that as an opportunity to put tenants in a position of home ownership and community involvement.

How is SGI making a difference?

We, at no additional cost to the property owner or tenant, credit $1,200 per year to a Home Purchase Program for the tenant.  This provides the tenant with a roadmap to home ownership, and gives them a vested interest in maintaining the property with the utmost care.

Additionally, we have used late fees as a way to "create an opportunity" in the community.  Our tenants have the option of volunteering at such places as The Phoenix Rescue Mission, Goodwill, The Salvation Army, and Dress for Success, just to name a few.  While volunteering, tenants are actually receiving credit for half of their late fees!  Tenants are getting involved, and the community directly benefits.

Who is your typical investor?

The dynamic of a real estate investor has changed considerably over the last few years.

Today, mixed in with the high profile investors, are mechanics, teachers, small business owners, computer technicians, software engineers, retired couples, and countless others that realize the opportunity that exists in today's market.

Saving Grace Investments enjoys helping clients of all different risk tolerances and budgets understand the opportunities that exist in today's real estate market.

We will assist you in several different methods to financially profit in real estate. These are not items that we have learned about solely through studying or attending seminars.

We have gained this knowledge the hard way- with our own money and experiences. We are actively investing in Phoenix, and will continue to.

Through experience, we have come to understand multiple levels of real estate investing, property selection, tenant relationships, repair and renovate resources, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

We would love to share this information with you!
